Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 1 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS, UPS, Or Fedex. A flat-rate shipping fee of 0 applies to orders shipping to the U.S. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Knexbig@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
